Meet Raven Fennell, a long-time sangha member and Choling treasure. She took over care for the crumbling Purkhang in 1998 and undertook a major restoration in 1999. More than 20 years later still maintains the beloved structure.
The purkhang used in the cremation of Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche in 1987 has been a significant site of homage for Karmê Chöling visitors from all over the world.
