Staff a Program

Thank you for your interest in staffing a program at Karmê Chöling! Staffing a program on this beautiful, and powerful land is transformative and challenging.

Staff, Volunteers and Residents must agree to abide by our Karmê Chöling Code of Conduct policies.

We seek committed individuals who aspire to help create enlightened society by offering their generosity as Meditation Instructors, Assistant Directors, Guest Coordinators and Support Staff serving and inspiring the guests who come for retreat.

Please express your interest in offering your experience, capabilities and energies to support the vision of enlightened society by submitting a Program Staffing Application and by emailing our Program Staffing Coordinator.

Note: Program housing and food cost fees vary for staff positions and programs. If you would like and are able to offer any amount for the program we would be very grateful. This money can help someone in need of financial assistance and/or offset our daily operational costs.
