Home / Mudra / An invitation to Mudra

April 26, 2020, Bali, Indonesia

Dear Friends:

At this time, speaking on behalf of myself and my co-directors, Acharya Suzann Duquette and Greg Heffron, I welcome your participation in a special one day Mudra Space Awareness program to be live-streamed from 9 am to 5 pm EDT from Karmê Chöling.

It is designed specifically for the moment predicted by Chögyam Trungpa 50 years ago: A time when the order of society is utterly disrupted, a time of chaos and groundlessness.

Entitled “Chaos is Extremely Good News,” this program turns those factors to an advantage. We will go through a lively, intense day of exercises, practices and contemplations along with some brief talks that transport us into this moment we are in.

Part of the day is an exploration of the possibilities of what we call “digital dharma”- how we can take advantage of Zoom to build community.

The challenge is to find the truth non-ego when self and other become virtually co-created in each exercise.

In the spirit of the Sadhana of Mahamudra, Mudra transports us into a non-dual realm without leaving your living room.

Try it and see if you like it.

Warmly,

Craig
