Karme Choling resident Travis DeTour, leader of the Boston Shambhala social meditation group, will offer an introduction to the view and practice of Social Meditation.

This practice is especially well-suited to staying heart-connected with each other in an online environment.

Our 90-minute session will offer the view of Social Meditation as well as a chance to engage in the practice together and have a conversation.
