Garden Manager, Amanda Perez
Amanda Perez was first introduced to meditation through the Burlington Shambhala Center in 2010. Concurrently, she was developing an interest in sustainable agriculture, and through supporting her local food system became attuned to the interconnections between the health of the Earth, communities, people and animals. She is a graduate of Naropa University’s Master of Arts in Contemplative Psychotherapy Program and is engaged in exploring the holistic mind-body continuum through study, practice and experience. She arrived at Karmê Chöling as a Garden Apprentice in 2016.
